The Cynic Says……

woo… I’m off tomorrow… I dunno what I’m going to do other than go out as usual tomorrow night. I need new clothes, seriously. I have money to spend, so I might go buy some clothes that I can wear to work. I’m about tired of having to wash my damn pants so often Problem is that I’m so fucking cheap, I just hate the thought of spending $30 on a pair of damn pants just to wear to work. I’m a minimalist when it comes to clothes. I really don’t care how they look or whatever, as long as they fit. I don’t go to work to look good. I go to work to make money and fit into whatever the dress code requires. I don’t care if anyone at work finds me attractive, as long as I’m comfortable and don’t go against our dress code (which seems to be very loosely enforced). Nothing worthwhile has happened since my last blog post, to be honest. I’ve worked the past few days and it’s sucked… today wasn’t particularly busy but we got groups of calls in spurts which kinda sucked. We were dead as shit for the past 3 hours of my shift (7pm-10pm) so I just sat around and talked to people and generally tried to make it as interesting as possible.
I ordered a burner for my computer yesterday, so it should be here on Tuesday, which is cool. It’s pretty neat.. 52x burner and it’s translucent… and instead of the normal activity light, the whole front of the drive lights up. I got it for a whopping $37 with free 2-day air UPS shipping. www.zipzoomfly.com is the shit. I get all my computer stuff there, and so do all my friends actually. I need to buy some more stuff for my computer, but I don’t wanna blow too much money. I need more hard drive space for sure. I’m filling up this 80 gig drive a bit too quickly for my own good. Oh well..
