I found this very interesting, to say the least. Most games today (especially first person shooters) are getting just plain HUGE. I mean, completely out of control. Unreal Tournament 2004 comes on 6 CD’s or 1 DVD and installs to well over 5GB. I remember when my entire HARD DRIVE was barely 5gb, and now games are taking that much a piece. Absolute craziness. Never mind that it takes a 2ghz machine with 1gb of RAM & a 128MB kickass video card to even make them playable. So anyway, I find this game called “.kkrieger” and it takes up a whopping 96KB. Yeah, no shit… 96KB! Ok, so it’s not exactly complex.. It has a whopping 1 game mode and no user-configurable options, but it’s an early beta and it’s just neat as fuck to see someone put THAT much into 96k. Download it here and see what I mean. Just for shits & giggles, I’m gonna throw in a screenshot of it just so you can see how impressive 96k can be. 
and here’s a couple shots of Far Cry, which looks to be one of the most amazing first person shooters I’ve ever seen… just WOW is all I can say.

Well, now… This is pretty cool if you have a decent cellphone and actually care to read/comment while you’re not at your computer… or if you’re out with friends and saw something amusing you want to show a friend. Just put in http://cryogenic.doesntexist.org/wp-wap.php in your mobile phone and you’ll get a neat stripped-down version of the blog to read. I tried it out on my Sanyo RL2500 on SprintPCS and it works perfectly. I can’t actually make a post from my phone, but you can leave comments from your phone. Pretty neat, to say the least. I haven’t posted the last few days because nothing worthy of noting has happened, so of course, no reason to post. I did happen to download a really neat new CD that was basically comprised of jungle remixes of semi-popular R&B and rap songs. I hate both R&B and rap, but when paired with a decent drum n bass beat, it’s certainly listenable. As of right now, I’m really into this “Beyonce vs Unknown - Me Myself & I (remix)”. No clue who it’s remixed by or anything, but it’s really damn good. It can be had on Soulseek if you look hard enough, or if I’m in a good mood, you can ask me for it and I might send it your way. Oh, well… I have a fucking headache… off to eat a few ibuprofen and possibly go to sleep.
