I just found this really amusing video on a forum I frequent. Fun with a Fiat. Check it out. It’s 14MB, so I wouldn’t bother unless you’re on DSL/cable or some other broadband connection. Aside from that, today has been rather uneventful, to be honest. I worked as usual and we were slammed as usual on a Monday. One of my friends at work got a new phone today, the Motorola V400… I was pretty impressed, to be honest. It’s backwards from what I’m used to (send on the right, end on the left, unlike most phones), but has a VERY nice screen and size-wise, it’s a good size. It’s a little bit heavy, but it’s kinda nice because it doesn’t feel as though you’re going to break it. My one complaint is that it has the four arrow keys top center like most phones, but the OK button is in the center and is fucking TINY. I had to hit it with my damn fingernail, which was a real pain in the ass. It does have a camera, but unlike the V600, it has no flash, so night time and low-light photography is out of the question. I didn’t test out the camera itself, so I have no idea how good the pics are that it takes, but I’m sure it’s not much better than the other camera phones I’ve come across (eg the Sanyo VM4500, 5150, 5300, and 8100). I’ll check it out when I see her on Wednesday. It DOES have speakerphone, which is really nice and supposedly does mp3 ringtones, neither of which I got to test out because I was at work. Motorola still uses their idiotic iTap instead of T9 like most normal manufacturers use. In all honesty, I’ve never been a huge fan of Cingular’s voice quality and I do think that Sprint has better quality overall. Both have really nice phones out now, but Cingular does have the coverage advantage, plus the ability to roam with your phone worldwide. Oh, well.. enough blubbering.. I’m out for now
