I got bored… I’m trying out the latest version of Opera.. version 7.5. It’s not TOO bad, actually. I still kinda like Firefox better, but Opera is definitely a good alternative. Both claim to be completely standards-compliant, so some pages just don’t display properly because not all people follow standards when coding their HTML. That’s one thing I will say about my site. As far as I can tell, it displays properly on all browsers. Even Safari on Mac OSX. 
Admittedly, my site is simple and doesn’t rely on any trick layout elements, but I’m still pleased to say it works in all browsers. Anyway, back to Opera. It has some pretty interesting features, like a built-in notepad type thingy that automatically converts text to web addresses when possible. So, if you copy www.fuckyoucunt.com out of a webpage and it’s not already a link, it can make it one. I wouldn’t say Opera is “bloated” but they’ve almost gone overboard on the added features. It’s neat, but I dunno that I’ll make it my everyday browser. In other notes… I’ve decided that I *REALLY* like jungletrain.net. It’s only in 64kbps quality, but it sounds so damn good. Honestly, it sounds every bit as good as the 128kbps streams I normally listen to. They also play some really nice dnb, along with the kickass shows they have on a very regular basis. Jungletrain. Check it out if you get bored and feel like listening to some kickass music. Today’s my 2nd of two days off in a row, which means I have to go back to work tomorrow. I always dread going back to work after 2 days off. I had a pretty good day today, actually. We ended up going over to a friend’s house and cooking out. Went to the grocery store and bought some BIG ass steaks, went over to her apartment, fired up the girll and cooked out. It was a really nice day, so that made it even nicer. The only thing that sucks is that she lives 30 minutes away. Aside from that, the one person I WANTED at the cookout wasn’t there… blah… she was “asleep” or something. Probably tired from being out all night, I guess. Oh, well… I’ll see her again sometime soon, I hope. I’m not gonna complain because I DID get to see her once this weekend,which was nice. We’d be grilling out all the damn time if she lived right down the road. Nothing like a good steak cooked out on a charcoal grill. It’s cheaper than going to a nice restaurant, too. The only thing better about a nice restaurant is having a hot girl wait on you hand and foot, bringing your food, drinks, etc. That in and of itself is pretty cool. I probably won’t go to bed until some ridiculous hour tonight. Lame, but oh well. I just can’t go to sleep at a normal hour, I guess. Oh, well.. that’s all for now.
