I swear to god… women are fucking cunts… This one in particular might just be able to win “cunt of the year” if there were such an award. She’s about the only person that’s managed to piss me off twice in one day…. and frankly, it takes a lot to piss me off, so that’s an achievement. Needless to say, she was supposed to come over this morning… She goes through the trouble of calling me @ 10:35 to tell me she’ll call me back when she gets out of the shower. I figure… great, 30 minutes or so. Well, I gave her about 45 mins to an hour and gave up… went back to sleep. She never shows, nor does she ever call to say “hey, I can’t make it”. I would have thought that MAYBE she had the fucking common courtesy to call me and say she couldn’t come over, which I would have been perfectly fine with. But no, she just blows me off and doesn’t even bother to apologize. She calls me @ like 5:30 and left a msg… Here comes mistake #2. First word out of her mouth is “Steven….” then she’s like “uh, I mean, Kevin”. Steven is the “other guy” that she supposedly liked, but turned down in favor of me. So yeah, not only does she blow me off, she leaves a voicemail calling me the wrong name 7 hrs later. So anyway, I call her back and she’s like “I got called into a meeting at work… I’m sorry… I’ll come see you on your lunch”. I’m obviously skeptical, but I’m a nice person and I give her a chance to redeem herself. I give her explicit directions here. So of course she doesn’t show up. Big fucking surprise there. Even more amusing, at about 7:40, she finally calls and says she got lost… I gave directions that ANYONE could have followed and she somehow manages to fuck up. So today, she managed to piss me off twice, prove that not only is she completely unreliable, but she’s not exactly bright as well. It’s because of girls like her that I absolutely refuse to trust females anyway. At this point, I see absolutely no reason to even bother to continue to pursue anything with her. There are tons of girls out there that are surely more reliable, more intelligent, and certainly more worth my time. I should have just stuck with my decision to give up on her completely when she just didn’t call for over a week. Gotta love the feeling of having wasted your time for nothing. At this point, until a girl just completely blows me the fuck away, I’m not even gonna bother with it.

one last revelation before I go to bed… the lead singer of Kosheen, Sian, has an awesome voice. I totally dig their music, too. Very good stuff… check them out if you haven’t had a chance yet. Unofficial Kosheen Site. A great place to go for tons of info about them. They even have a few bootleg mp3 downloads. Also, unlike many good techno artists, their music can actually be readily purchased at your local music store. I actually own their first CD, which was excellent… I don’t own the new one yet, but it’s VERY good. I’d buy it if I actually had a car to listen to it in.

Today has been ok to say the least. Too bad I have to work tomorrow. 5 straight days, joy joy. Anyway, I went out with Sam to the Chop House and ate, as usual on my off-days (well, one of them per week, we do this) and we actually got our favorite waitress. She’s so incredibly cool. Hell, we walk in and she already knows what we want to eat and what we drink, and even what kind of dressing I want on my salad. Not to mention our drinks never go empty and she’s always checking on us to make sure we’re doing ok. That’s what I call service. 
She even has a cool name. Her name’s Celia… kinda like Cecilia, but shorter and more interesting. I wonder if she can cook, because that’d be kinda cool to have a really cute girl with a great smile bringing me food all the time.. lol. Oh, wait.. that’s what you’d call a girlfriend… Maybe I’ll have one of those soon, who knows. Anyway, so around midnight or so, this girl that I’ve been talking to signs on and we talk for a bit, and I mention her possibly coming to visit tomorrow and she’s like “there’s a very good chance I will” or something like that. She runs off and does some stuff and then finally calls me and we talk some more… She informs me that she’s definitely coming to see me tomorrow and that I should set my alarm… So yeah, she’s coming to see me tomorrow as long as she wakes up early enough, which kicks ass. Now, let’s just hope she actually DOES wake up, because that would suck if she didn’t. She seems like she really wants to see me, so we’ll see how that works out. It’s kinda hard for me not to get my hopes up, I suppose, but I’ll hope for the best and that’s all I can do. Needless to say, tomorrow might actually kick ass. I don’t really have much else to say here… I’m just going to end it on that good note and go to bed so I can get some sleep.
