Ok, I’m finally done with all that. Two stupid little tags needed to be edited out… the problem was finding them. It’s basically a beta theme that still needs some cleaning up, obviously. Needless to say, I’m happy about the fact that I got everything to validate on my own with nobody else’s help. No way in hell I could have coded it myself, but I’m still happy that I got it working ok.

Well, it validates 1.0 strict now, however I can’t get it to validate as 1.1 because of all the phpgiggle links having rel=”" (meaning an empty relation string) in them. Gayness. I’ve emailed the phpgiggle author about it and haven’t gotten a response yet. I’ve also gotten my gallery to ALMOST validate as XHTML 1.0 transitional, however I have a single empty cell that won’t validate for whatever reason. I’ve gone through the code to no avail. There’s more than one empty cell, I just have no clue what was left out of this particular ONE that keeps the whole fucking page from validating! Sometimes I hate doing this shit. The advantage to all this is the fact that it will work in ANY browser no matter what platform it’s being used on. By god, I’ll figure this out if it kills me. It’s probably one simple character in one file that’s killing it for me. I’ve got all night. It’ll get done.
