The Cynic Says……

So yeah, as the title says, girls are weird. I mean, I’m not the super nice guy type, but I do tend to treat them with whatever amount of respect I feel they deserve. It’s hard enough as it is to find a girl who’s even remotely interesting and who I think might possibly be a decent person to be around on a regular basis… and when I DO find one of those, they either can’t figure out that I’m interested or don’t care that I am. Dunno, maybe I should be more blatant about my interest in a girl but I figure it’s no fun for her if I just come right out and tell her I like her. Plus if I do that, then I’m kinda obligated to act as though I want to date her when sometimes I’m not even sure if that’s what I want or not. I’d say there are three girls that I know of right now that I’d even be willing to see on a regular basis, and one of them is out of state so she doesn’t even count. Amusingly enough, I actually talk to one of the other ones pretty regularly but have only seen her maybe two times in my entire life. The third one I’ve seen and talked to exactly twice but am still horribly intrigued by her… yet I have no way of getting in touch with her to actually talk to her regularly.. ugh… I dunno, it’s not even something I worry about very often… just happened to be something that popped into my head tonight as I was walking home from work. At any rate, I don’t suspect I’ll be getting into a relationship anytime soon.
