The Cynic Says……

So I didn’t get called in today and we decided to go see Kung Fu Hustle. Talk about a kickass movie. It was so completely random and wacky. The special effects were pretty fucking sweet and they threw in some pretty neato jokes too. The four of us were laughing our asses off through the whole movie. I think I want to go see it again sometime soon. It’s really that good. It’s directed by Stephen Chow who also did Shaolin Soccer. I haven’t seen that one yet and judging by how incredibly cool Kung Fu Hustle was, I think I’m going to have to rent it or something. Just don’t go to this movie expecting a serious Kung Fu movie. It’s meant to be fun and random… it definitely does a great job of that. Some of the characters in the movie are so unbelievably inept that you can’t help but bust a gut laughing at them trying to do stuff that they shouldn’t be doing. Anyway, enough about that. Anyone who doesn’t like this movie just doesn’t have a sense of humor. Enough said.
