You wont be dissapointed either way. Great program with no voice training necessary. You can call anyone in your contacts just by saying their name. You can pick songs to play, open programs. Just about anything. 2)Not so sure about this one but im sure if you looked hard enough, you could find an audio converter and just convert before you transfer best answer i can do for you is

I'm not a techno geek so I'm working through it. Synch with our server at the office for Outlook stuff is not working yet.
