The Cynic Says……

I got bored of the old blue-grey stuff so I  found a nice new theme that  I’ve decided to keep for a bit. Well, at least until I get bored of it and decide to change it again. Instead of my normal 3 column layout, I went with tabs at the top that contain the same info that my previous side columns had. Basically now when you load the page all you get is the blog. Links, categories, archives, etc. are all linked in the above tab bar type thingy. I think it works a little better and makes the main page a bit less busy. The only real problem I had with it was the fact that it was showing the full text of every post on the main page and the fact that the main text was white on the black background, which was kind of painful on the eyes. Changing those two things wasn’t very difficult at all and I think I like this theme quite a bit. I’ll probably do a bit more tweaking here and there to sexify things up a bit. We’ll see how it goes.
