Collusion, whereby two or more players together during a poker game or exchange their knowledge to take an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.
You must not intentionally lose a hand against another player in order to transfer chips (“chip dumping”).
If you have financed, traded, shared or made gains any kind of arrangement to share your bankroll with another player, you do not play the same cash games or participate in the same Sit & Go tournaments as a player.
PokerStars will take steps to detect and prevent any form of cheating, which may include reviewing your account, hand histories and research programs operating simultaneously with the software PokerStars.fr.

You may not use any programs or services “prohibited” appear in the list during the execution of software PokerStars.fr. This list is not exhaustive and PokerStars.fr reserves the right to make additions or changes at any time.
The game unfair, such as collusion, possession of more accounts and use of prohibited programs, will result in sanctions to the discretion of PokerStars.fr. These penalties may take the form of a warning, restricted game with some players, the seizure of funds and the closure of your account PokerStars.fr.
If PokerStars.fr believes that a User has engaged in or attempted to practice unfair game, including without limitation, exercising any kind of activities mentioned above or any other game manipulation, may institute legal PokerStars.fr necessary action as mentioned in our Terms of Service.
