You must play only on your account PokerStars.fr and not let anyone else access your account.
Collusion, whereby two or more players together during a poker game or exchange their knowledge to take an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.
You must not intentionally lose a hand against another player in order to transfer chips (“chip dumping”).
If you have financed, traded, shared or made gains any kind of arrangement to share your bankroll with another player, you do not play the same cash games or participate in the same Sit & Go tournaments as a player.
PokerStars will take steps to detect and prevent any form of cheating, which may include reviewing your account, hand histories and research programs operating simultaneously with the software PokerStars.fr.
PokerStars.fr maintains a list of prohibited software and services on our FAQ – Tools and third party services .
You may not use any programs or services “prohibited” appear in the list during the execution of software PokerStars.fr. This list is not exhaustive and PokerStars.fr reserves the right to make additions or changes at any time.
The game unfair, such as collusion, possession of more accounts and use of prohibited programs, will result in sanctions to the discretion of PokerStars.fr. These penalties may take the form of a warning, restricted game with some players, the seizure of funds and the closure of your account PokerStars.fr.
If PokerStars.fr believes that a User has engaged in or attempted to practice unfair game, including without limitation, exercising any kind of activities mentioned above or any other game manipulation, may institute legal PokerStars.fr necessary action as mentioned in our Terms of Service.
A reservation time will be allocated to each player, to offer the player additional time to make a decision.
Reserve decreases over time from its use. If a player decides to use his or her time, other players at the table will be notified.
If a player does not act in time, the reservation time will be automatically activated if the following conditions are met:
The player is connected to the system when time has expired, and
The player has invested money in the pot (the blinds and antes are regarded as money invested in the pot).
Players must speak French in the cat.
Players should discuss an appropriate way for a public conversation, face-to-face during a poker game. Discussions abusive, insulting, racist, threatening or inappropriate will not be tolerated.
You can not use the chat feature PokerStars.fr to promote all kinds of products or services.
You should not overwhelm the chat window by typing large chunks of text in order to interfere with the normal use of the chat feature from other players.
You should not use tables to advertise your tournaments or Sit & Go private.
You must not make any comment that could affect the flow of play during a hand or a tournament, even if you’re an observer. This rule has two exceptions:
In the hands of cash games, heads-up (all other players have folded or hand has begun with two players), the two players involved can discuss at their convenience.
Heads-up tournaments (all other players have been eliminated from the tournament or the tournament started with two players), the two players involved can discuss at their convenience.
To report a cat problem, call a Moderator by clicking on the button “Call the moderator” in the dealer’s chip tray or in the “Options” menu at the top of the table. Otherwise, these offenses can be transmitted
You must take reasonable steps to protect your password and your account information and not share them with anyone else. In particular, we encourage players to choose a strong password and use one of our additional security features offered by PokerStars.fr, such as PIN code PokerStars or Security Token RSA key (RSA Security).

In draw games, if the initial packet of 52 cards is not sufficient to allow a player to get the desired number of cards, the rest of the package and all cards discarded by previous players (including those rejected by players in the current turn) are mixed to form a new packet.
Once the new mixture has taken place, the server will prevent a player to receive back a specific card he had previously rejected.
In Parts No Limit and Pot Limit, the minimum bet will equal the big blind. However, considering the big blind PokerStars.fr as a revival of the small blind. This means that pre-flop raise in a pot all unopened equal or greater than the small blind recovery action.
The Rules of Card Room (including Settlement Cash Games and Tournament Regulations), as presented on this page is a complement to our Terms of Service but do not replace them. In case of divergence between the rules of the room cards (including the Rules of Cash Games and Tournament Regulations) and the Terms of Service, Terms of Service shall control. In case of divergence between the rules of the Card Room and Tournament Rules , the Tournament Rules will prevail in a tournament scenario. In case of divergence between the rules of the room cards and cash games Regulations , the Regulations of Cash Games prevail in a cash game scenario.

PokerStars.fr reserves the right to terminate your account or take any other action necessary on your account, without notification, if the above rules are violated.
